# Issue

If you encounter an issue or bug with the system, please follow these steps:

1. Verify if the issue is also present in the demo.
2. If not, upgrade your setup to the latest version on both the server side and client side by downloading from Codecanyon.
3. If the issue persists in the demo, report it to `contact@lumeagency.io` with the following details:
   * **Platform**: iOS/Android/Web
   * **Affected App**: Rider/Driver/Admin Panel
   * **Version**: x.x.x
   * **Screenshot/Video of the issue**
   * **Expected behavior**
   * **Actual behavior**
   * **Logcat/Debug log of the issue** (optional)

Reports will be reviewed, and necessary fixes will be provided in future releases.
