If you encounter any issue or bug with the system first make sure the issue is also present in the demo. If it's not then administer with upgrading your setup to the latest version in both Server Side and client source code being downloaded from Codecanyon. If it also occurs on demo then kindly make a report to report@ridy.io with the below details being included:
